Return request should be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery
Returns are accepted if:
1. You receive a damaged product
2. Product has manufacturing defect
3. Wrong Design or Product sent
To start a return, just drop an email to support@animeinkbug.com and provide your order number and images of the product.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange
You may cancel your order within 2 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, your order will be processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
